(8/2023) This dense, fresh and lifted Chardonnay is naturally made with wild yeast fermentation and neutral barrel elevage. Enticing notes of green apple, white flowers, lemon, pink grapefruit, popcorn, plantain and green herbs emerge with just a few minutes of swirling, leading to an appealing mineral grip on the finish. If tasted blind, you'd probably guess it as a tasty entry-tier bottling from Burgundy, maybe Macon Villages or even Rully.
