(5/11/2023) "With fruit from the island of Mozia with its ancient Phoenician archeological site, the Tenuta Whitaker 2021 Sicilia Grillo Mozia is wine I always love. It shows a crisp, luminous style with sea foam, salty mineral, unripe peach, kiwi and honeydew melon. There are hints of candied fruit or lemon preserves as well. Production is 53,000 bottles. Drink 2022 - 2025."

This Grillo, grown on loose sandy soils rich in limestone, displays super-fresh lemon with a salty, pithy character with a dash of herbs. It has a round yet sculpted body. A perfect summer white to get the taste buds going. Drinking Window: 2022 - 2026."
