The Selbachs also bottle a fantastically simple Riesling that is just about perfect for everyday drinking. Johannes playfully names the wine after the source of the Riesling grapes: the steep slopes along the Mosel River. Fresh and crisp, with citrus blossom, green apple and stony minerality, "Incline" will work perfectly as a welcome wine, or when paired with everything from fish tacos to asparagus pasta dishes.
