(3/2021) This certified-organic Mendocino Zin has one foot in a raucous biker barbecue, and one foot on a Redwood Forest hike. Spicy, warm-hearted and full of brambly berry fruit -- its raspberry puree is offset by a savory sanguine note, with sage, bay leaf and cherry blossom lifting a satisfying finish. Give it a little air and pair with smoked brisket or a simple pastrami sandwich. Too good!
