We bought this wine blind, a risk we rarely take with grower Champagne - but given the incredible run that Marc Hebrart has been on, felt more than comfortable doing so. Turns out it's delicious! A blend of 57% Chardonnay and 43% Pinot Noir, from the 2018, 2017 and 2016 vintages, this pink sparkler is zesty, with strawberry, raspberry, lilac, oyster shell, white pepper, button mushroom and vanilla bean. Long and fleshy, this is one of the better non-vintage pink bubblies we found this year! (12/2022)
