This motley blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Macabeu, Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Gris is biodynamically farmed. Winemaker Wendy Paille weaves flavors of savory vegetables, herbs, minerals and a crazy amount of creamy secondary characteristics. One of those rare wines you can't quite put your finger on, yet you know it's something special.
