(2/2024) Christine Huff took over the winemaking duties from her father, Ekkehard, in 2010, and we are absolutely thrilled with the 2022 Quicksilvaner. She grows these Silvaner plots in clay, yet this light-bodied white is surprisingly dense, packed with energy, and oozes minerality. There is also crisp pear, green apple, and subtle nuttiness. The traditional pairing is seasonal white asparagus!
