(11/2021) Former professional cyclist John Grochau bottles impressive single site Willamette Valley Pinots under his primary label, Grochau Cellars. He also makes this "side gig" Pinot from varying Willamette vineyards, and we really dig its authenticity. Lightly colored, with pale red fruits and subtle herbal notes, the wine is taut and bright upon opening. With a little bit of air, this smart value shows yummy red berry fruits and an expanded texture. A real deal, smartly-priced Pinot right here!
