Deeply-flavored, yet casual. It is a true unicorn of a wine. The 2021 vintage of Lavai is alive with flavors of black cherry, dried raspberry, spice, cedar, herbs, tea leaves and dusty earth. Barbera's famous acidity and extremely supple tannins make this wine so versatile, so wonderfully approachable and so totally delicious.
