Not your everyday Vinho Verde. The grapes were crushed by foot, trodden, and remained with stems and skins for four days. The wine underwent spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks with further aging in cement eggs for six months. This wine is hugely aromatic with concentrated citrus, green apple, white flowers and minerality.
