Who knew that Andy Erickson of Screaming Eagle fame could make Chardonnay too? Using fruit cultivated by his wife, the talented viticulturist Annie Favia, Andy literally makes this wine in the ground floor of their house on the old Carbone Ranch in the small Napa Valley appellation of Coombsville. It is a thrilling wine that is on par with the brilliant wines of David Ramey. Great stuff.

(10/5/2022) "Fresh, salty edge to the subtle lime and pineapple aromas. Full and very linear, with brightness and wonderful length. Steely and minerally. Firm phenolics give it a tannin texture and great length. Goes on for minutes. Drink or hold."
