Eighty percent whole cluster inclusion, it ferments with native yeasts in open-top concrete tanks with minimal pumpover to preserve an elegant structure. It rests for eight months in concrete before being released, where it is bottled with zero sulfur additions, much less any fining or filtering. Super-healthy vintage conditions bode wonderfully for this top-notch natural red!
