We are very excited about this up-and-coming Burgundy producer! In 2018, Morgan Truchetet took over his father's estate and converted it to biodynamics. This is a bright, fresh, and juicy expression of Pinot from a vineyard named "Les Chaillots," which refers to the stony soils of this old plot. Gorgeous notes of red and dark berries, violets, minerals, and a lovely silky texture carry it all. This is a Burgundy that is ready to drink now but will certainly benefit from a few years in the cellar. Pair with roast duck and chicken. (1/2023)
