(7/2024) Absolutely delicious are the first words that come to mind when sipping this blend of 50% Syrah, 35% Mourvedre, and 15% Grenache. A gorgeous take on this classic blend, the higher percentages of Syrah and Mourvedre yield a wine that shows more dark-fruited notes with hints of wild herbs and smoke. The tannins are present but supple from aging in demi-muid, barrique, and concrete egg. Fabulous now with the potential to age for another 10 years.
