The palate is medium-bodied with finely chiseled tannins. There is plenty of freshness and vitality in this Saint-Estephe, which fans out with breezy confidence on the finish. Excellent. Drinking Window: 2024 - 2048."

(1/2022) "The 2019 Serilhan is perhaps not quite as exuberant as it was en primeur, but it has acquired greater nuance since I tasted it two years ago. Dried herbs, leather, tobacco, menthol, licorice, spice and menthol are all laced together. Imposing tannins need a few years to soften, but that should not be an issue in time. All the 2019 needs is a bit of patience. After a few hours, it really shines. Drinking Window: 2025 - 2039."
