(12/2022) From the legendary "Clos Naudin" vineyard, Philippe Foreau's vintage sparkling wine is one of the finest in France. Aged on the lees for over five years before disgorgement, this 100% Chenin is crafted by hand, with the same care one would find in a top grower Champagne producer's vintage bottling. Earth and mushroomy when first poured, the deeply colored bubbly opens to reveal baked orchard fruit, intense chalk minerality, electric acidity and a sophisticated, gentle mousse. Totally delicious.
