(8/23/2022) "Lovely aromas really reminiscent of roses, raspberries and strawberries. Excellent purity of expression on the palate with softly sweet red berry and raspberry leaf delivered with poise. Delicate yet full of flavour. Crisp and fresh, nuanced with a mouthwatering aspect offsetting the crunchy fruit yet also has a touch of creaminess and minerality underneath alongside a delicate florality all the way through. A lovely rose from the estate bought in 2020 by French entrepreneur Stephane Courbit with a minority stake taken by the Prats family who also oversee the winemaking."
