Co-fermented in various neutral containers, with no SO2 added, this is an authentic homage to whites of the southern Rhone. Aromas of straw, yellow apple, lemon rind, wet stone and white flowers lead the way on this easy, supple, mineral-driven wine. Delicious wine for any season!
